演題募集

演題の応募は、学会ホームページよりご登録いただきます。
本ページ下部の「新規演題登録」ボタンから、案内にしたがって演題登録を行ってください。
演題登録後、締め切り前までは、登録内容の確認・修正が可能です。

以下の記載事項をご確認のうえ、演題登録をお願いいたします。

応募資格

筆頭演者、並びに共同演者は日本美容外科学会（JSAS）の会員に限りません。

発表形式

発表形式は以下のとおりです。
演題の採否および発表日時等の決定は、主催者に一任ください。

1） 一般演題（口演発表）

発表7分、討論3分

2） シンポジウム（指定演者のみ）

シンポジウムの時間配分などは、後日運営事務局より連絡させていただきます。
プログラムは、基本的に演者指定となっております。

抄録作成要項

抄録は以下の要領にて作成してください：

• 演題名（日本語）：全角100文字以内（スペース含む）
• 抄録本文（日本語）：全角800文字以内（スペース含む）
• 演題名（英語）：20 words以内
• 抄録本文（英語）：450 words以内
• 演者数（筆頭演者＋共著者）：10名まで
• 所属施設数：10施設まで
  ※公正な査読を実現するため、抄録本文やタイトルには施設名を入れず、「当施設」といった記載とする。
  ※英語併記は必要ありません。
• 利益相反の開示（共同演者がいる場合、共同演者の情報も必要です）

• ご略歴およびお顔写真のご登録が必須となります

各種規定等

「プライバシー保護ガイドライン」、「ヘルシンキ宣言」などの倫理的問題について演者の責任で遵守解決の上、応募してください。
演題は、募集締め切り日時点で未公表のものに限ります。未公表とは、次の両方を満たしている場合とします。

1. 論文が雑誌で出版されていない。
   （雑誌掲載前のオンライン上で論文が掲示されている場合も含む。）
2. 国内外の学術集会およびISDN付き出版物において未発表である。
   （抄録集のような形で、研究内容の照合が可能な学会発表がされていない場合は未発表とします。発表の対象には電子媒体を含みます。）

注1） 一部の研究内容を含む、あるいは検討症例数が異なるなどは同一の研究とはしません。また、シンポジウムなどで既に発表済みの研究成果を発表することも可とします。

利益相反状態の回避

（1）全ての対象者が回避すべきこと

臨床研究・基礎研究の結果の公表や診療ガイドラインの作成などは、純粋に科学的な判断あるいは公共の利益に基づいて行われなければならない。本学会の会員は、研究結果とその解釈といった発表内容や、科学的な根拠に基づく診療ガイドラインなどの作成について、その研究の資金提供者の恣意的な意図に影響されてはならず、また影響を避けられないような契約を資金提供者と締結してはならない。

（2）臨床研究・基礎研究の試験責任者が回避すべきこと

研究（臨床試験、治験を含む）の計画・実施に決定権を持つ総括責任者には、下記の項目に関して重大な利益相反状態にない（依頼者との関係が少ない）者が選出されるべきであり、また選出後もその状態を維持すべきである。

1. 研究を依頼する企業の株の保有
2. 研究の結果から得られる製品・技術の特許料・特許権などの獲得
3. 研究を依頼する企業・団体の役員、理事、顧問など（無償の科学的な顧問は除く）

但し、1. ～3. に該当する研究者であっても、当該研究を計画・実行するうえで必要不可欠の人材であり、かつ当該研究が極めて重要な意義をもつような場合には、その判断と措置の公平性、公正性および透明性が明確に担保されるかぎり、当該研究の試験責任医師に就任することができる。

採択通知

ご応募いただきました演題の採択結果は、2021年2月頃にメールにて、ご登録メールアドレス宛に通知させていただきます。

First authors and co-author(s) are not limited to members of the Japan Society of Aesthetic Surgery.

Presentation format

1) Oral Presentation

Presentation 7 minutes, discussion 3 minutes

2) Symposium (For those who had been appointed by the organizer)

How to submit your abstract

All abstracts to be registered on the web system. Please check the information on the application guideline and register your data from the button below.

Information required for abstract registration:

• Abstract title (Up 100 characters in Japanese and up to 20 words in English)
• Abstract Body (Up to 800 characters in Japanese and up to 450 words in English)
• Registered name in Japanese (Romaji) of first author and co-author(s) – Up to 10 persons
• Name of institution in Japanese (Romaji) – Up to 10 institutes
  ※In order to make fair review, abstract text and titles should do not include the facility name, and to be described as "our facility"
• Disclosure of conflicts of interest (If you have co-author(s), you will also require information on them)

Various provisions

Resolve compliance with the responsibility of the performer on ethical issues such as "Privacy Protection Guidelines" and "Helsinki Declaration", please apply.
Submission is limited to those unpublished at the time of application deadline. Unpublished means that both of the following are satisfied.
The paper has not been published in a magazine.
(Including cases where papers are posted on-line before publication of magazines.)
It is unpublished in academic meetings both in Japan and abroad and publications with ISDN.
(If the conference presentation that can collate research content is not done in a form like an abstract collection, it is unpublished. The subject of the presentation includes electronic media.)
Note 1) We do not make the same research including the contents of some research, or the number of examined cases is different. In addition, it is also possible to announce research results that have already been announced at symposiums.

Acceptance / rejection result

We will notify the result by e-mail to the registered e-mail address around February, 2021.

日本美容外科学会（JSAS）の目的

日本美容外科学会（JSAS）は、美容外科に関する研究並びに科学的知識および技術の普及発達、美容外科の学術上の地位の確立を図り、併せて会員相互の向上・発展を求めることを目的とし、医道に則り、美容外科を通じて皆様の健康と幸福の増進に貢献するために活動する学会です。
第109回日本美容外科学会は2021年5月26日～27日に行われます。
